Would you like to be part of a supportive peer group?
The group will provide a safe and supportive environment where participants will support each other and learn from each other to develop skills to manage their wellbeing.
This session will be about problem solving and being kind to ourselves, and feel more hopeful about the future and build on existing self-management skills.
