About this event
A new Wellness Recovery Action Planning for Carers will run for 5 weeks.
This course has been developed to help cares look after their own mental health, using a system developed by Mary Ellen Copeland.
Topics will include:
Developing a wellness toolbox
Building confidence and resilience
Coping with challenging situations
Having healthier conversations
Through this course you will meet other carers living with a similar challenges.
