Navara Lodge care home has been rated 'Good' by the independent organisation that checks the quality of social care services.

In a report published on 22 March 2019, the Care Quality Commission said people were happy living at the service and were cared for by a 'committed, attentive and knowledgeable staff team'. Relatives were particularly complementary about the standard of care provided, the inspection report states.

Navara Lodge can accommodate 18 residents, and 17 were living there at the time of the inspection visits, on 26 February and 5 March 2019.

Healthwatch Reading visited Navara Lodge in June 2018 and also received positive comments from people living there, particularly about staff, food and activities.
