Concept Care home care agency rated 'Good'

The Concept Care home care agency in Reading has been rated ‘Good’ following an inspection on 14 March 2019.

In a report published on 4 April 2019, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) said the service was safe and care was designed to meet people's individual needs and preferences.

Concept Care Practice Ltd – 20 Cross Street, had only one home care client at the time of the inspection. During its last inspection in 2016 it had also been rated ‘Good’.

The CQC is the national independent body that checks the quality and safety of social care and health services.
