Royle Care rated 'good' in inspection report

Royle Care has retained its overall 'Good' rating for the home care service it provides, following an independent check on its quality.
In a report published on 3 May 2019, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) said: 'Without exception, people and their relatives provided positive feedback about all aspects of the care they received'.
Overall, the CQC judged that people experienced high quality care that was safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
The inspector visited two clients in their own homes to hear feedback, as well as speaking with seven other clients over the phone. Records were also checked for seven clients and seven staff members.
At the time of the latest inspection, the care agency's 45 staff were providing care in the homes of 54 people.
Royal Care had also been rated 'Good' when the CQC last inspected it in November 2016.
The CQC checks all health and social care organisations, and has the legal power to order improvements where necessary, or close down failing services.
