Getting help on Bank Holiday Monday 25 May

Some pharmacies will be open but most GP surgeries will be closed.

Four pharmacies will be open in Reading this coming Bank Holiday, on Monday 25 May 2020.

People can get advice, buy over the counter medicines or pick up any urgent prescriptions.

However most GP services will be closed. People with health issues, including suspected coronavirus symptoms, are advised to contact NHS 111 online, or call NHS 111.

Local pharmacies open on the Bank Holiday

Boots in Broad Street: 11am-4pm

Asda Pharmacy in Tilehurst: 9am-6pm

Tesco Pharmacy, Portman Road: 10am -6pm

Oxford Road Pharmacy: 10am-6pm
