Reading people are being asked to rate their top health and wellbeing priorities in a survey being run by the NHS and local councils.

People who complete the survey can enter a draw to win £100 of shopping vouchers.

One of the questions asks people to rank 11 different priorities such as adult or young people’s mental health, physically active communities or tacking drug addiction. Answers will help officials finalise a Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy for Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire (known as 'Berkshire West').

The survey is open until 5pm on Sunday, 28 February 2021, an extension from the original deadline of 29 January 2021.

If you can’t complete the survey online, request the survey in a different or more accessible format by emailing berkshirewestwellbeing@gmail.com.

Healthwatch Reading will also be running focus groups with various sections of our community to get more in-depth feedback to inform the strategy.

Further information about the strategy, including facts and figures about our borough's health, can be found here.
