People in Reading affected by dementia are being reminded of where they can get support during a national week led by the Alzheimer’s Society.
The society is also urging people to sign its petition about improvements to the social care system.

Since the start of the pandemic, the Alzheimer’s Society has made 181,537 welfare calls, and 54,314 companion calls to people affected by dementia, using both staff and a team of 963 volunteers.
