If you’ve had hospital care in the past 18 months or are still waiting to be seen, we want to hear from you.

We’ve teamed up with four other local Healthwatch to run a joint survey, so we can use the findings to influence plans being made by local NHS managers.

Nationally, more than 5 million people are waiting for hospital care such as operations, investigations or outpatient appointments, due to delays caused by the Covid pandemic. Waiting times might by increasing more in deprived areas, according to a new study.

We want to hear whether these delays are affecting your daily life, if your problem is getting worse and if you’re getting information from the NHS about how to manage your health issues while you wait.

People in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, West Berkshire and Wokingham are also being asked to complete the survey. We’ll discussing the anonymous findings with the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care System as it makes decisions about dealing with the fallout of the pandemic.
