Type of service: Delivering home care to 54 people at the time of the inspection
Rating: ‘Good’, an improvement since the last inspection in 2021
Key findings: The CQC found the service was no longer breaching care regulations and was safe and well-led. Clients praised the support they received.
Evidence: The CQC spoke with two clients, six relatives, managers, four staff members and five external professionals and also reviewed a range of records.

Type of service: Home care service, visiting five clients at the time of the inspection
Rating: ‘Requires Improvement’
Key findings: The CQC found that the provider ‘had not ensured systems were in place to oversee the service and ensure compliance with the fundamental standards’ and recommended the service review best practice in relation to medicine administration records.
Evidence: The CQC spoke with two service users, three relatives, three staff members and the manager.
