Reading Council invites you to join a free community conversation (no registration needed) on dying and end-of-life care. Join us in a safe, welcoming space to share your thoughts, ask questions and learn more as part of Dying Matters Week (5–11 May 2025).

This event is open to anyone navigating the end of life — whether you are facing a terminal illness, caring for someone who is, or wanting to understand more about death and what it means to die well.

Hearing from you

In the lead-up to this event, Reading Council invites everyone to share their thoughts and experiences around death and end-of-life care to help shape local care and services.

Please take a few minutes to complete the council’s short anonymous survey, which closes on Sunday 16th May, 2025. Click here to complete the survey.
