We spoke with 53 patients during visits on 31 March, 22 April and 21 May 2015, to check their experience since a change in surgery management from 1 February 2015.
- People liked the GPs and reception staff
- Less than half of people said they could see a GP of their choice
- Around half of people hadn't noticed any changes since 1 February
- Most additional comments were around the effort it took to book an appointment, by having to phone repeatedly or by queuing up at the surgery in the morning
