We spoke with 31 patients in the waiting area during visits on 29 April, 1 June and 17 June 2015, to see if improvements had been since Janauary 2015, when the surgery was placed in 'special measures' by quality inspectors.

Summary

  • Most people told us they found it easy to make an appointment at the surgery
  • People were concerned about the high number of locum GPs, which was leading to a lack of continuity of care for patients
  • Reception staff were friendly and knew some patients by name when they arrived
