Patient feedback report: visit to Priory Avenue Surgery

We spoke with 24 patients during a visit on May 24 2017, to see if they thought services had improved since the surgery was rated ‘inadequate’ in January 2017.

Key findings:

  • Half of those we spoke to felt the surgery had made some improvements but more needed to change, while 17% felt their experience had got worse
  • 42% found the appointments process ‘satisfactory’ while 29% said it was ‘difficult’
  • 64% felt the surgery was not keeping them informed about changes
